What happens if the equipment is lost stolen or damaged?
You are responsible for the equipment for the duration of your hire.
If the equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, repair or replacement costs may be charged to you. Part or all of the bond may be retained where necessary.
We strongly recommend keeping the equipment secure at all times.
Does it work anywhere in Australia?
Starlink provides coverage across most of Australia, including rural and remote areas.
However, performance depends on:

Are speeds guaranteed?
No. Internet speeds and performance are subject to external factors including weather, satellite positioning, obstructions, and network congestion.

Can I extend my hire?
Yes, extensions are possible subject to availability.
Extension requests must be made before your scheduled return time. Additional days are charged at the applicable daily rate.
Late returns may incur additional fees.
